Getting to Łódź

Lodz Airport (http://www.airport.lodz.pl) operates only a small number of flights. Most visitors fly into Warsaw Chopin Airport (http://www.lotnisko-chopina.pl/?lang=en) and then take a train to Łódź (approximately 1,5 hours). The recommendable transfer option between the airport and the Warsaw Central Railway Station is a taxi, which costs ca. 12 euros and the ride takes about 20 minutes. There are 12-15 trains between Warsaw and Łódź daily, most of which arrive at the Łódź Fabryczna Station which is 5 minutes away (by taxi, cost ca. 4 euros) from the conference venue. You can look up your train connection at http://rozklad-pkp.pl/
